During this tight economy (especially) - many businesses are choosing not to hire new employees, or absorb major projects in-house.

I would be curious to know what services, responsibilities and tasks you've had outsourced, and what the result was for your business. It might be helpful for the group to get ideas on what you've considered outsourcing too, just to share ideas!
