With business needs always changing, how have you prepared for slow times AND rapid growth?

We all can agree that in a good economy or a bad economy, businesses fluctuate and needs are always changing! As a small business owner, I’m curious how you prepare for those really busy times, and stay flexible during those slower periods too.

My guess is you probably have that happen constantly throughout the life of your business, and your insight would be helpful for the other group members!
